RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute a modification to the agreement with Arcadis of New York, Inc. to include additional professional services related to completing the design and bidding of the new biosolids digester facility, as well as an increased scope of work, including, but not limited to, the design of a biosolids storage barn, relocation of gravity belt thickeners requiring a second story on the new facility, required SEQR and permitting updates, and bidding multiple contracts and alternates, for an additional cost of $895,000 and for a total amended contract cost not to exceed $3,895,000; and be it further
