On a motion introduced by Deputy Supervisor Rohan the board adopted the following resolution: RESOLUTION #235 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to approve MVP HMO an EPO Insurance for Town of Wilton employees with a 10% employee contribution. The adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilman O’Conor, duly put to a vote, all in favor the motion passed 4-0.
