RESOLVED, that the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the termination of legal services previously provided by Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes, P.C. in connection with the defense of the County in the matter entitled Mahan et al. v. County of Saratoga, Civil Action No. 1:24- CV-00880, pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York; and be it further
