RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Solterra Group, LLC d/b/a Remedia for the provision of odor control chemicals and services for Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1’s collection system f or a term of two years in an annual amount not to exceed $150,000;
