RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and/or Public Defender are hereby authorized to execute all documents with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services necessary to accept Aid to Defense Supplemental Program funding, in the amount of $420,235, for the grant period commencing April 1, 2026 and expiring March 31, 2027;
