BOND RESOLUTION OF BALLSTON SPA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 2026, AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO DISTRICT BUILDINGS AND SITES; STATING THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST THEREOF IS $61,813,000; APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, INCLUDING THE EXPENDITURE OF $7,750,136 FROM THE DISTRICT’S CAPITAL RESERVE FUND; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $54,062,864 SERIAL BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE THE BALANCE OF SAID APPROPRIATION.
