Saratoga County IDA Northway Crossing Project The Saratoga County IDA is going to pay for water and sewer lines to cross the Northway just south of the on/off ramp at Exit 16 to promote industrial development in the area. The plans are complete and have been submitted to all the outside agencies (DEC, DOH, Sewer District). The IDA has allocated a budget to cover the installation costs. It is expected to bid Fall 2026 and construction to begin Spring 2027.
