That change does not resolve the larger public-record issue around board leadership and recent action. As of Sept. 24, the same Meetings/Board page still listed Dave MacDougall as chairman, even though the Sept. 15 agenda said his resignation would be effective Sept. 18 because of a residency requirement.
The public archive also still did not include Sept. 15 meeting minutes. Clicking the current-agenda link on Sept. 24 opened the Sept. 15 agenda, but the linked page still uses a web address ending in “07-21-26.”
For WWSA customers and residents trying to follow authority action, the result is a site that is easier to navigate than it was last week but still does not publicly show whether officer titles changed after the announced resignation or what action the board took on Sept. 15.
The next records to watch are the Sept. 15 minutes and any updated board-member listing before the authority’s scheduled Nov. 17, 2026 meeting.
