The item appears in the agenda’s applications section, not its public-hearing section. The agenda also says public comment at this meeting is limited to public-hearing items. That means residents tracking the proposal may need to watch the board’s handling of the item and the later minutes for the clearest public record.
Forest Grove has been through Wilton’s TDR process before. Town Board minutes from May 4, 2023 show the town approved a 29-lot transfer from the Pickett parcel to Forest Grove and accepted about 87 acres of open space as part of that action. Planning Board minutes from Dec. 18, 2024 later approved Forest Grove Phase 3, expanding the conservation subdivision from 321 lots to 421 lots.
